We offer high-quality plumbing for homes across the Bay of Plenty, including repairs, renovations, fixture upgrades, water filtration, and routine home health checks. Whether you need a leaky tap fixed or your kitchen renovated, we’ve got you covered.

We service Papamoa, Mount Maunganui, Tauranga, and surrounding areas. We also work with homeowners along the coast, including Pukehina, Maketu, Omokoroa and Waihi Beach. Travel fees will apply to work outside of the Tauranga area.

We’re not in the business of selling travel. If you’re anywhere between Te Puna and Te Puke, there’s no travel fee — you’re in our regular service area. If you’re outside that zone, we charge $1.20 + GST per kilometre, starting from the edge of our no-fee area to your home.

Absolutely. We’re fully licensed by the New Zealand Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board, and insured for your peace of mind.

Yes, we offer free estimates and quotes for planned work.

No problem. Many of our clients are second-home owners — we’re experienced in working independently and can keep you updated with photos or notes from the job.

Yes. We offer emergency repairs during business hours. If you’re dealing with a burst pipe or water leak, give us a call right away.
We also offer after hours emergency callouts for existing customers.

We provide transparent pricing — either hourly or as a fixed quote, depending on the job.

We don’t charge a call-out fee during standard business hours. After hours or on public holidays, a call-out fee does apply to reflect the increased staffing costs and legal wage requirements during those times.

We currently accept payment by bank transfer. Our payment details will be included on your invoice.

For larger renovation work, we can discuss progress payments. Otherwise, payment is due within 7 days of the invoice.

That’s no problem at all.
Please let us know before work commences if you would prefer an invoice to be mailed to you, as our default communication is email.
