  • We service Papamoa, Mount Maunganui, Tauranga, and surrounding areas. We also work with home owners along the coast, including Pukehina, Maketu, Omokoroa and Waihi Beach. Extra travel charges will apply to work outside of the Tauranga area.

  • You can fill out the contact form on our website, email us at hello@palmbeachplumbing.co.nz, or give us a call on 022 306 8200. We’ll get back to you quickly to schedule a time that suits.

  •  No problem. Many of our clients are second-home owners — we’re experienced in working independently and can keep you updated with photos or notes from the job.

  • Yes. We offer emergency repairs during business hours. If you’re dealing with a burst pipe or water leak, give us a call right away.

We also offer after hours emergency callouts for existing customers.

  • We provide transparent pricing — either hourly or as a fixed quote, depending on the job.

We'll always talk you through the costs before we start. For more pricing information, see Our Rates.

  • Our call-out fee is a daily one-off fee added to every job. It covers travel sourcing materials, and administration costs for the job.

It didn’t seem fair to you to build a one-off fee into our hourly rate, so we’ve kept it separate to save you money.

  • We accept on-site EFTPOS and credit card payments, or bank transfer. For bank transfers, our payment details will be included on your invoice.

  • For larger renovation work, we can discuss progress payments. Otherwise, payment is due within 7 days of the invoice.

  • That’s no problem at all.

Please let us know before work commences if you would prefer an invoice to be mailed to you, as our default communication is email.

  • You’ll find customer reviews on our Google profile and social media. If you'd like to see a similar project we’ve worked on, just ask — we’re happy to share.
